We believe there is great value in promoting from within, in fact this is one of our core principles at Eastmans SuperSpar.
Having been a part of the Eastmans team for over 12 years working in our Deli/HMR department, Winile put her name forward for the position at the end of last year, and, in her time so far has already made great strides in getting a tune out of the Coffee Shop.
