SUPERSPAR EASTMANS 30th BIRTHDAY COMPETITION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.) COMPETITION PERIOD

1.1 The competition opens on 20 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 August 2026.

1.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

 2.) HOW TO ENTER

2.1 To enter, participants must:

• Scan the QR code displayed on SUPERSPAR Eastmans point-of-sale material in-store and online.
• Complete the entry form with the required details.
• Join the official SUPERSPAR Eastmans WhatsApp Community.

2.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information.

2.3 Only entries received during the competition period and complying with the entry requirements will qualify.

2.4 Unless otherwise stated, one entry per person is permitted.

3.) ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.

3.2 Employees, directors, agents, representatives, suppliers and promotional agencies of SUPERSPAR Eastmans and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.3 The promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding the prize.

4.) THE PRIZE

4.1 One winner will receive a 2-night stay for 2 at Bayete Zulu Private Lodge.

4.2 The prize is valid for mid-week stays from Monday to Thursday, subject to availability and the lodge’s applicable booking conditions.

4.3 The prize includes:

• Breakfast
• Lunch
• Dinner

4.4 Alcoholic beverages are excluded and will be for the winner’s own account.

4.5 Transport to and from Bayete Zulu Private Lodge is excluded and will be for the winner’s own account.

4.6 Any additional costs not specifically included in these Terms and Conditions will be for the winner’s own account.

4.7 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

4.8 SUPERSPAR Eastmans will assist the winner with the booking when the winner is ready to make the reservation. All bookings remain subject to the lodge’s availability and applicable booking conditions.

5.) DRAW AND WINNER

5.1 The draw will take place on 4th September 2026.

5.2 One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received via the official SUPERSPAR Eastmans WhatsApp Community.

5.3 The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry.

5.4 If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the draw, or does not respond within this period, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.5 The winner will be announced on 7 September 2026 via the official SUPERSPAR Eastmans communication and/or social media channels.

5.6 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

 6.) PUBLICITY

6.1 By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that the winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition and prize, including photographs, video, social media content and in-store advertising.

6.2 Any publicity participation will be subject to the winner’s applicable rights under South African law.

7.) PERSONAL INFORMATION

7.1 Personal information collected during the competition will be used for purposes including administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting the winner and arranging the prize.

7.2 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy and data protection legislation.

8.) GENERAL

8.1 The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, submits a fraudulent entry, attempts to manipulate the competition or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

8.3 The promoter will not be responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, WhatsApp-related issues or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received or processed.

8.4 The promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the competition and selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.

8.5 The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by WhatsApp.

8.6 By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

8.7 The competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
